The mayor (PS) of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, announced this Thursday morning that the Town Hall would close its doors on January 31, on the occasion of the day of mobilization against the pension reform.
Asked about France 2, Anne Hidalgo said that "Paris City Hall (would be) solidarity town hall on January 31", while stressing that the continuity of public service would be ensured for users, in particular for the services of the 'marital status.

The national secretary of the Communist Party Fabien Roussel had called on Wednesday the town halls to symbolically close "two to three hours" in support of the movement, to allow their agents to demonstrate against the pension reform.
