According to the prosecutor's office, which filed an appeal against the decision, "the serious acts attributed to Avital have accumulated complaints that are under investigation and the real fear of obstructing legal proceedings and his escape from justice, taking into account his past experience and his financial capacity and the lack of any ability to trust him, to point out that there is no alternative to ensure the purposes of the arrest And therefore, under these circumstances, the court did not strike the appropriate balance when it ordered the arrest of the respondent in electronic handcuffs.
