Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gabir arrived this evening (Friday) at the scene of the massacre at the synagogue in the Neve Yaakov neighborhood in Jerusalem, where seven Israelis were murdered.
Ben Gabir, who for the first time arrives at the scene of a kosher attack in the government, is met with shouts and protests from residents.
"It happened on your shift," residents said to the Minister of National Security.
He replied to them: "The burden of proof is on us."

Seven people were killed in the shooting attack.
Two people were seriously injured, and one moderately.
More wounded are now being treated in the field, and it was reported that one suspect in the shooting has been neutralized, and a hunt for others is underway.
Out of fear of yet-to-be-captured gangs, the police are closing many roads in the capital at this time.
The attack was carried out by Alkam Khairi, 21 years old from East Jerusalem, who has a blue ID card.
According to reports from the scene, a vehicle that arrived at the entrance of the synagogue in the neighborhood opened fire at the worshipers and continued driving.
In the meantime, Arab social networks praise the terrorists and define the act as "revenge for the acts in Jenin".
Police Commissioner Chief Superintendent Yaakov Shabtai said: "This is a serious and complex attack with a large number of victims.
We are currently conducting searches in the area to rule out the possibility that there are more people involved who are walking around freely.
The terrorist was neutralized by a police officer and a volunteer of the Israel Police, they prevented a larger attack and neutralized the terrorist."
