He also mentioned that it is difficult for the government to implement sales tax. If the tourist sales tax is exempted, the administrative costs involved will be high, which will affect the tourism industry instead.

In terms of financial expenditure, Zhuang Tailiang said that the government can reduce medical expenditure in the future, so as to avoid the compulsory testing and purchase of medical supplies in the past that benefited those with vested interests.
