Frenchman Jules Lapierre confirmed his good form by finishing 5th in the 10 km skate at the Cross-Country Skiing World Cup in Les Rousses. It was the Norwegian Harald Oestberg Amundsen who won.

Norwegian Harald Oestberg Amundsen won the 10 km skate of the Cross-Country Skiing World Cup in Les Rousses (Jura) on Friday, where Frenchman Jules Lapierre took 5th place.

In this individual format, where skiers fight against the clock, Amundsen beat his compatriot Sjur Roethe and Sweden's William Poromaa.

Leader of the general classification of the World Cup, the Norwegian star Johannes Klaebo took only 8th place.

Jules Lapierre (27) confirmed his good form after his first podium (3rd) at Alpe Cermis (Italy) three weeks ago, arriving first in France ahead of Renaud Jay (12th) and Clément Parisse (13th).
