Two dogs that were lost yesterday in the woods around the municipality of Castelnuovo al Volturno (Isernia), in Valle di Mezzo, were recovered today by the Fire Brigade of the Isernia Command, in an impervious and snowy environment at over 1400 meters above sea level quote.
Fortunately the two dogs had a collar with a built-in GPS transmitter and following the tracks the Fire Brigade managed to reach them.
The dogs were unable to move because they were blocked by an overhang.
With maneuvers of Alpine speleo derivation, the Fire Brigade recovered them and then handed them over to their rightful owners.
