After investigation by the Labor Department, it was found that the occupants and employers concerned, namely Art Energy Engineering Limited, Hip Hing Lung Stage Engineering Limited and Dance Hall Limited, were suspected of violating the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance (Cap. 509) and the Employees' Compensation Ordinance (Cap. 282) and instituted a total of 15 prosecutions against the above-mentioned companies.

Zheng Yongshun said that it is very important to provide employees with a safe working installation environment, pointing out that the company must purchase employees' compensation insurance for employees.
