The Surveillance Court of Milan rejected Fabio Savi's complaint, thus denying the leader of the killers of the Banda della Uno bianca work outside the prison.
The decision is made by the panel chaired by Giovanna Di Rosa, a side judge Simone Luerti.
Even the Attorney General had asked to dismiss the appeal of the prisoner, in prison since 1994 and in recent years in Bollate.
The judges would not have recognized the path taken so far by Savi as valid, also in terms of damages to the victims of the criminal group which between 1987 and 1994 killed 23 people and injured over 100.
