One of the witnesses to the attack described Eliyahu Mizrahi's last moments: "I told him: 'They are shooting at me, don't run'. I saw him a second before he was murdered. The terrorist shot at my window. God saved me."

Seven Israelis were murdered yesterday in a shooting attack on a synagogue in the Neve Ya'akov neighborhood in Jerusalem around 8:15 p.m.
A police force made contact and neutralized the terrorist, whose name was Alkam Khairi, a 21-year-old resident of A-Tor.
The terrorist arrived in the Neve Yaakov neighborhood with a car, got out of it, approached the synagogue and started shooting at people walking in the street.
He hit a total of ten people on the main street in the neighborhood which was crowded at that time.
Initially, the terrorist shot four people near the synagogue, continued walking down the street for 200 meters towards the west and shot more people.
