The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the Ukrainian army launched a deliberate strike with US-made HIMARS missiles on a hospital in the village of Novidar, in the Luhansk People's Republic.
Sputnik quoted a statement by the ministry as saying today: “Ukrainian forces deliberately bombed a local hospital building, in the residential area of Novoydar, with HIMARS missiles.. As a result of the high-explosive warhead missiles hitting the building, 14 people were killed, including a number of medical workers, and injured.” 24 were wounded of varying severity,” noting that all the victims of the missile attack receive urgent medical assistance.
The statement pointed out that the deliberate missile attack on a functioning civilian medical facility is a serious and unconditional war crime for the Kyiv regime, stressing that all those involved in planning and executing this crime will be found and held accountable.
The Kyiv regime forces continue to target residential areas and civilian facilities in the Donbass regions on a daily basis, causing more casualties among the civilian population.
