At least three people were killed and four injured Saturday morning in a shooting in an upscale neighborhood in the Beverly Crest area of Los Angeles.
A law enforcement source told the Los Angeles Times that three people were killed inside a vehicle on the street, and four people not in the car were injured.

Los Angeles Fire Department officials responded to the shooting at 2:55 a.m. on Ellison Drive, a street of large homes located on the north slopes of Beverly Hills.
Los Angeles police were also at the scene.
When officers arrived on scene, they identified seven people who had been shot.
Three were confirmed dead, two men and one woman.

There are few additional details at this time, but police said the injured were taken to local hospitals.
It is not clear if the suspects are still at large, but police are still investigating.
This incident comes just one week after 11 people were killed in a mass shooting in Monterey Park.
Three days after that, a gunman killed seven people at two farms located in Half Moon Bay.
