"A probably drunk person is driving away in the direction of Moosinning." This message was received from Eichenried at the police station in Erding late on Friday evening.
Moosinning – A patrol went on a search and was able to track down the van on the side of the road.
The driver, a 32-year-old from Fraunberg, said he ran out of fuel.
Officers determined the man was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
The Alcoholomat showed 1.3 per mil.
He had to have blood drawn.
The police seized the driver's license and obtained a search warrant for the apartment.
No other drugs were seized there.
The 32-year-old was released that night, but has a criminal case on his hands.
