The Directorate of Real Estate Interests in Hama launched the electronic real estate registration statement service in 9 areas in the governorate's countryside, to enable citizens to obtain it in less time and effort.
The director of real estate interests, Eng. Raymond Najjar, told SANA reporter that the service was launched in each of (Al-Rabiah, Umm Al-Tuyour, Matnin, Blaine, Tal Skeen, Al-Sarout, Bahrah, Umm Al-Amad, and Hawir Al-Salib), pointing out that the Directorate is continuing work on the project to automate the work of the real estate registry, where 47,983 people have been entered. Real estate through real estate automation, by converting real estate records and data from paper to electronic format, with the aim of increasing their reliability and preservation.
Eng. Najjar explained that the automation project takes into account the daily movement of the real estate newspaper, which is constantly changing as a result of the sale and purchase of real estate, changing the name of its owners, and references to reservations, projects of excretion or modification of ownership, as these amendments are entered automatically on the computer and on the real estate records at the same time. .
He pointed out the launch of the electronic correspondence service in 4 real estate documentation offices in (Al-Rabeeah, Kafr Bhum, Shatha and Wadi Al-Oyoun), where through this service any real estate or cadastral statement is obtained, which facilitates work and shortens time and effort, as well as the service of extracting the civil record (individual or family). ) for real estate, and it is activated in the real estate documentation offices.
