According to the Observatory, a strong northeast monsoon is bringing cold and very dry weather to Guangdong. The relative humidity in most parts of Hong Kong this afternoon is maintained at around 20%. It will be cold tomorrow morning, with a minimum temperature of about 10 degrees in the urban area, a few degrees lower in the New Territories, and a daytime maximum temperature of about 17 degrees. According to the Observatory's automatic regional temperature forecast, the temperature in many districts will record single digits at 7 o'clock tomorrow morning.
