The store involved appears to be a grocery store or a household goods store. The background of the arrested male employee and the source of the seized drugs are still under investigation.
It is understood that the shop involved in the case is located on Xiang Wo Street, Tsuen Wan. There are a small amount of groceries for sale in the shop. The police believe that the suspect used the shop as a cover to store methamphetamine in a relatively hidden location in the shop, which can be called a "secret room". When it was rented or opened for business is still under investigation, and the owner has not yet been found.
It is reported that it is not a special practice for the police to search the location with a search warrant in a drug trafficking case. The seized drugs are estimated to be sold in Hong Kong.
