Daniela Johann and Tasmin Gutwald take over the sports restaurant in Ascholding.
According to the two, the concept should “remain largely the same”.
Ascholding - Where one door closes, another opens - this old saying of the actor and playwright Molière applies to the team of the former Café Herzblut at the Bergkramer Hof.
After a change of tenants on the golf course, the operators Tasmin Gutwald and Daniela Johann were faced with the task of looking for a new place to live.
They have now found it: From the beginning of February they will take over the sports restaurant at the Ascholdinger soccer field, the Herzblut-Stüberl.
Herzblut-Stüberl in Ascholding: New tenants want to get away from the pure café business
"My physiotherapist drew my attention to the restaurant," says Johann, while she unpacks boxes with glasses, jugs and decorations.
"So we looked at it and just thought, 'Yes, that's it.'" The restaurant had been empty for about a year.
Now the two women want to fill it with life again.
(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Wolfratshausen-Geretsried newsletter.)
"Our concept remains largely the same," says Gutwald, explaining the project.
"Catering, our breakfast boxes, home-baked bread, daily specials and cooperation with regional providers." The only thing they want to do is to get away from the pure café business.
"After all, we're now the Herzblut-Stüberl." Concert evenings with a wide variety of artists are also on the agenda, just like before.
But Tasmin Gutwald doesn't want to put the mixing spoon down completely.
"Homemade cakes are available at the weekend," she announces.
Also ideal for walkers who just want to take a short break and be pampered.
The two women and their team already feel at home in Ascholding.
"We were warmly welcomed," they agree.
“And if you need help, someone is there immediately.
Like a big family.”
