The fight against terrorism:
at the request of the Minister of National Security Ben Gabir in the government meeting and the cabinet, the government decided to change the policy according to which only the houses of terrorists who have been murdered were sealed.
Now, even houses of terrorists who caused injuries - will be sealed.
Therefore, the home of the 13-year-old terrorist who seriously injured a father and son will also be sealed off according to law, the terrorist who murdered seven civilians in the Neve Ya'akov neighborhood.
They are changing the policy according to which only murderers' houses are sealed, and now the house of the terrorist from the attack on Saturday morning in the city of David will also be sealed.
To date, there has been one case of sealing the house of a terrorist who did not kill - the attempted assassination of Yehuda Glick, now Ben Gabir is changing the policy.
The government's legal counsel did not object, but said that there were difficulties in the process because he injured and did not kill and it deviates from the policy, so it is possible that the decision does not apply to all cases from now on regarding terrorists who will injure and not kill.
