The video appears to have originally appeared on the @fifilittledarling Instagram account, where it was shared by the owner of the miniature dachshund, who goes by the name Fifi.
According to the post, the mistress and dog traveled with Turkish Airlines from Hong Kong to Paris via Turkey.
