About a week ago, four residents of Tel Aviv were arrested on suspicion of raping a 28-year-old young woman, mentally challenged, in an abandoned building in Jaffa.

The four suspects, aged 15, 17, 18 and 21, were arrested and their detention was extended.

The police representative said at the hearing on the extension of the suspects' detention that "this is a very serious case, I have not met in such a case. The suspects committed serious sexual offenses against the complainant. There is a reasonable suspicion that the offenses were committed."

On the other hand, the lawyer of the adult suspect, Samson Weiss, denied his involvement in the incident and claimed that he was at home at all during the hours when the rape occurred.

According to him, there are also security cameras that can prove his claim: "He insists that he was not present at this event, was not with this complainant, did not have sex with her, and does not know her at all."
