The Central District Attorney's Office filed a serious indictment in recent days against a former yeshiva teacher in the Central region, in his 60s, for committing offenses between several members of his family over many years.
The indictment filed by attorney Daniel Aiken indicates that between 2006 and 2019, the accused assaulted three female family members, when they were children, starting when they were 7 years old, and also assaulted another girl.
Regarding one of them, the defendant continued and sexually assaulted her until she was about 18 years old.
The sexual assaults committed by the defendant included touching the minors' breasts, hips, and lips, while he combines contact that was supposed to be innocent, and escalates it into sexual assault, when he is sitting with his family members and the girls' family.
In one of the situations, the defendant touched his genitals while hitting the minor, and in another incident, the defendant hit the minor while they were both in his car alone, after planning that his son, who was in the car, would get off.
This is a person who, until a few years ago, was a yeshiva teacher in the central region.
The indictment charged him with multiple offenses of an indecent act on a minor with a family member under the age of 16 and in the absence of consent, an offense of indecent act and multiple offenses of an indecent act on a minor under the age of 16 and in the absence of consent.
