Targeted by a search warrant from the Lyon public prosecutor's office for acts of willful violence against a spouse, an individual was arrested on Friday at the Antibes station,
the Departmental Security of the Alpes-Maritimes told

Around 3 p.m., this individual - whose age and nationality are unknown - caught the attention of the railway police when he was traveling without a ticket.
The staff of the intervention unit, supported by a police rescue patrol, quickly intervened to verify his identity.
It is within the framework of the latter that the agents brought to light the arrest warrant for the suspect.
Without a residence permit, it turned out that he was also subject to an Obligation to leave French territory (OQTF) notified on January 17, 2022 by the Prefecture of Drôme.
First placed in police custody, the defendant was interned on Saturday in an administrative detention center in Nice.
