Horror at a birthday party: eight people were killed and three others were injured when gunmen entered a house and shot everywhere.
It happened in Gevacha (formerly Port Elizabeth) in the Eastern Cape Province in South Africa.
According to the police, the two gunmen shot the owners of the house and the guests while they were dancing and enjoying the party.
No details were given about the dead and wounded, as well as the motive of the killers.
"These people were killed by criminals, and we will not rest until we find out what happened there and who is responsible for this criminal attack," said the local police chief.
South Africa suffers from one of the world's highest rates of crime involving firearms, but such massacres are quite rare.
Last year, a series of shooting incidents were recorded in the country, in which more than 20 people were killed.
These incidents are still under investigation.
