A powerful explosion inside a mosque in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar has killed at least 25 people and injured 120 more, according to Peshawar Deputy Commissioner Shafiullah Khan.
The mosque is situated within the police lines of the city and is mainly staffed by law enforcement officers.
The explosion occurred in the middle of afternoon prayers this Monday.
