The Jerusalem Governorate called on the international community to intervene immediately to stop the home demolitions and theft of Palestinian land committed by the Israeli occupation forces daily in the occupied city of Jerusalem, stressing the need to provide international protection to the Palestinians from these attacks that amount to war crimes.
In a report issued today, according to Wafa Agency, the governorate affirmed the continuation of the Israeli occupation with its systematic policy against Jerusalem and the Jerusalemites, through its perseverance in killing, massacres, arrests, demolishing homes and facilities and displacing their residents.
The governorate indicated that land grabbing, razing hundreds of dunums, and attacks on sanctities with the aim of changing the historical, legal, and demographic reality of the Holy City, and completely separating it from its Palestinian surroundings, constitute a flagrant challenge to the international community and its resolutions and covenants issued by the United Nations.
