The "Wall Street Journal" reported today (Monday) that the attack attributed to Israel on a military compound in the city of Isfahan in central Iran achieved its goals.
The report is based on what the American newspaper was told by "factors familiar with the talks about the operation", which was reportedly carried out by captured drones.
The report stated that the facility was a production complex for advanced weapons and that the attack, according to the sources, was carried out by the Mossad (as was also reported earlier in the "New York Times").
They added that it was intended to hit the compound of the Iranian Ministry of Defense and emphasized that four "accurate" hits were carried out.
According to the report, the officials denied the claim that the satellite images show relatively minor damage.
"The officials said the mission was successful, without elaborating," it said.
