"It was not an easy sight":
a day after Shayla Hasson revealed on the program "Electoral Area" on News 13 that the chairman of the Bar Association, Avi Hami, committed an indecent act in front of a lawyer in a video call while she asked for his recommendation to be appointed a judge, and after Hami announced earlier Today, because he is resigning from his position, the lawyer at the center of the affair spoke for the first time this evening (Tuesday) with News 13.
"There was no consent," she stated.
"He was a man of status who allowed himself to behave in a way that men are expected not to behave towards women under their control, women who need them in the professional aspect and to our great regret, this dark conduct still happens even today," shared the lawyer.

When asked how she felt when Chaimi committed the obscene act in front of her, the lawyer said: "At first I was embarrassed and didn't quite understand what I was seeing.
I hung up after not long.
It took me a few moments to digest what I was seeing.
It was not an easy sight.
It is something that constitutes harassment and discomfort to every woman of any age, of any status."
Following the lawyer's words, police officials said that her words apparently indicated that the sexual act performed in front of her by Avi Himi was non-consensual.
Therefore, it was decided that there is no escape but to open a criminal investigation against Himi on suspicion of sexual harassment.
Later this evening, Hami was interviewed by News 12 after announcing his resignation today.
"Those who called for my resignation are people who have no problem sitting under a prime minister with three different charges, and they have no problem with a minister who is a serial criminal," he accused.
"The last day was the hardest in my life. I can't look my wife and daughters in the eye," shared Hami.
"The untold story is that I had an intimate relationship with the lawyer for about 3-4 years and the video shown is part of a long relationship. You can say a lot of things about me, but it's not that I'm a sex offender. You can't even say that I did something obscene."
