An unusual event took place today (Tuesday) at Ben Gurion Airport, when a couple of parents who intended to fly from Terminal 1 with their baby, left him and moved towards the plane.
From clarifying the details with officials at the airport authority, it appears that the parents were not allowed to put the baby on the plane because they did not buy him a ticket and it was not possible to buy him a ticket on the spot.
According to the information provided by airport authority officials, the parents left the baby near the check-in counters as can be seen in the video that was handed over to us.
The parents were caught and brought back to take the baby.
In the end, the parents didn't fly either and stayed with the baby in Israel.
