The Gault & Millau, famous French culinary guide, unveiled its 2023 Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes awards on Monday.
From the holy of holies of Lyon cuisine, the Abbey of Collonges - Paul Bocuse, and under the sponsorship of Stéphane Buron (Le Chabichou in Courchevel - 17.5/20 and 4 toques), the guide presented his twelve heart whether they are young talent, pastry chef, future great or sommelier.
