Last Friday (27th), the government established the "Task Force for Promoting Hong Kong's New Advantages", led by Financial Secretary Chen Maobo.
The group held its first meeting today, focusing on how to strengthen the promotion of Hong Kong's new potential and new opportunities in the new stage of development, as well as the overall publicity strategy and plan.

The content of the meeting will include the local, mainland and overseas promotion plans of each partner organization, various major events and activities to be held during the year, and media promotion plans, etc.
Chen Maobo said that the government will take the initiative to show the strength of Hong Kong to the world and talk about Hong Kong's advantages.
He thanked the team members for their suggestions, and believed that the team would make the promotion work at home and abroad more in place, more realistic, and exert greater influence, so as to further enhance Hong Kong's brand and image.
The team will provide advice to the Government on the overall strategy for promoting Hong Kong's advantages, as well as a series of promotional plans and activities targeting overseas and the Mainland, and will promote Hong Kong's advantages through the cooperation of various "Team Hong Kong" partner organizations and members.
