Judicial information against X has been opened to investigate the conditions for the arrest of a 15-year-old teenager in Chesnay (Yvelines) in 2021, denounced at the time by his lawyer, the Versailles prosecutor's office said on Tuesday, requested by the AFP.
A complaint with civil action (CPC), dated December 23, 2021, had been filed with the Versailles judicial court for "
false public writing and use of forgery
", "
willful violence
" and "
attempted fraud in the judgment
" against five policemen.

This complaint led to the opening of a judicial investigation against X in November 2022. On November 7, 2021, police were looking for a teenager reported as a runaway by her mother.
They found her at the home of her boyfriend José (first name changed, editor's note) in Chesnay, a medium-sized town, about twenty kilometers west of Paris.
The police officers then arrested José, 15, under the eyes of his mother Maria, who was filming with her mobile phone.

This arrest has already been the subject of a first investigation entrusted to the General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGPN).
It was dismissed in June 2022 for "

", said the prosecution on Tuesday.

Having filmed the scene has, moreover, earned the mother of the teenager to be targeted by an investigation into the circulation of images on the Internet.
She was sentenced "
for intentional violence without ITT
" to a fine of 200 euros and 2,800 euros in compensation.
The offense of violence can be retained, even without physical contact, if the justice considers that there has been an emotional shock.
His son is to be tried on October 10, 2023 in juvenile court.
