This complaint led to the opening of a judicial investigation against X in November 2022. On November 7, 2021, police were looking for a teenager reported as a runaway by her mother.

They found her at the home of her boyfriend José (first name changed, editor's note) in Chesnay, a medium-sized town, about twenty kilometers west of Paris.

The police officers then arrested José, 15, under the eyes of his mother Maria, who was filming with her mobile phone.

His son is to be tried on October 10, 2023 in juvenile court.
