Many reactions in the political system to the "Israel Hayom" revelation about the decision of the Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gabir to close the private bakeries of the security prisoners in the prisons in Israel.
Ben Gvir himself tweeted this morning (Wednesday): "I ordered the closure of terrorists' pita bakeries in the prisons. I am obliged to prevent benefits and indulgences for the terrorists imprisoned in Israel and to prevent them from 'benefits' that can be withheld by law. For terrorists, the death penalty should be enacted for terrorists, but until then , we need to make sure that they are treated as terrorists."

The Minister of Heritage Affairs, Amichai Eliyahu, a member of Ben Gabir's party in Otzma Yehudit, also spoke out on the issue: "A pita bakery for Jewish murderers? That's how they waged a fight against terrorism here. There are parents who go to visit their children's graves every day, when these scoundrels have a bakery in prison. That's not how we win."
