A sinkhole opened this morning (Wednesday) on Zvi Profes Street in Tel Aviv, near the light rail works.
City Councilwoman Sigal Weizman warned against driving on it and announced that the entrance to road 2040 was blocked to traffic.
The contractor responsible for the work in the area is handling the incident.
About a week and a half ago, a pothole opened up on Allenby Street in the city, policemen who arrived at the scene blocked the road and vehicles passed through the opposite lane of travel.
The pit was a few meters long and deep.
Last month, four potholes were opened in Tel Aviv.
