The authorities reminded that citizens can make an appointment for application procedures through the mobile application of the Immigration Department, log in to the relevant website or call the relevant 24-hour telephone appointment service hotline. They can also download the mobile application of the Immigration Department or make an appointment online to apply for the identity card.

The Immigration Department urges applicants to pre-fill the form when using the mobile application or making an appointment online to facilitate faster application procedures.
