On Wednesday evening, it was no longer possible to access the Netflix catalog for an hour and a half.
Users could therefore no longer see their favorite films and series.
And for good reason, the streaming platform was the victim of a global outage.
By going to the application or the service's website, a message indicated
"Cannot connect to Netflix".
A little after 8 p.m., many French, English or even German Internet users massively reported on social networks.
On its website, Netflix has also acknowledged the failure.
“We are currently experiencing streaming issues on all devices.
We are working to resolve the issue.
We apologize for any inconvenience,”
the platform said.
And to add:
"We strive to bring you the TV shows and movies you want to watch, when you want, but on very rare occasions, we experience a service outage."
Netflix users can no longer watch movies and series.
