On the spot, she would have been threatened with reprisals.
The victim immediately lodged a complaint at the Saint-Ouen police station for "
kidnapping and forcible confinement
".
A mad dash in a drunken state
Sunday, January 29 at the end of the day, the victim comes again to the police station, this time with his parents.
The young woman then alerts the officials that the suspect is right in front of their premises, accompanied by a friend.
An altercation breaks out between the victim's father and the suspect.
The police try to intervene but Moustapha S. and his friend flee in a Peugeot 208.
In a state of intoxication, the driver takes all the risks to sow the agents.

Faced with the dangerousness of the driver, the police even give up trying to prosecute him temporarily.
The vehicle will finally be chased again, later in the evening, by police officers from Saint-Ouen.
The driver of the vehicle ends up stopping and tries to flee on foot with the passenger.
Both are arrested and taken into custody.
The vehicle was placed under seal by the investigators to determine if it was used for the reported kidnapping and forcible confinement.
