The police asked to extend the arrest of the resident of the south by eight days • Immediately after that his defense attorney pulled out a recording, which revealed that the complaint against him was probably false • The suspect was released to house arrest until the truth is ascertained

The 34-year-old resident of the south was arrested after his partner complained to the police against him for assaulting her and causing her bruises.

The police asked to extend his detention by eight days.

But immediately after that, there was a twist in the plot.

The partner's defense attorney pulled out a recording of the partner talking to her friend, where she confesses that she filed the complaint to teach him a lesson, and therefore the court released him to house arrest.

It all started, when the police received a complaint against a man, for assaulting his partner several times and according to her, he sent people to hurt her while threatening to kill her and her family members.

According to her, he harassed her and stalked her.

Following the complaint, the suspect was arrested and brought to court for an extension of detention.

At the beginning of the hearing, the defense attorney, attorney Moshe Palmor, gave the police representative the transcript of the recording and even played it to the court. "Because he didn't come to help me, it's his problem.

Now he will learn a lesson and the next time I call him he will come on a rocket to help me," the complainant was heard saying in the recording.

Following the recording, Attorney Palmore asked the court to release his client and the court accepted the request and ordered his release to house arrest for 5 days.

The investigation has not yet been completed, but there is reason to consider alternative considerations," the judge wrote in his decision.
