On January 24, in the early evening hours, a fight broke out between minors, during which a 13-year-old stabbed another boy suffering from disabilities, causing him minor injuries.
According to the suspicion, the background to the stabbing is a conflict between families in the city of Rahat.
The suspected minor was located and detained for questioning along with his parents.
