There is no way out of the crisis in Peru: Congress once again postpones the debate on the electoral advance proposal

Peru is mired in social chaos with sustained protests demanding the removal of President Dina Boluarte, the closure of Congress, a new Constitution and immediate general elections.

However, the Peruvian Congress postponed for the third time the debate on a constitutional reform bill that intends to advance the elections to 2023. Jimena de la Quintana has the report.
