The murder of Yuri Volkov is solved
Minute by minute (Israel Police spokeswoman)
The lawyer Eyal Basraglik, who collected 600 thousand shekels from the family of Yuri Volkov who was murdered at the crossing in Holon, decided today (Thursday) to return part of the money to the family.
In a post he wrote on Facebook, the lawyer claimed that the family signed the salary agreement "after consultations and deliberation without any pressure being put on them" and that they "were very satisfied and grateful".
The lawyer added, "To my astonishment, a third party contacted me demanding to get all of their money back. My attempts to contact the family were unsuccessful. I asked to hold a meeting to discuss things, but I was refused. Immediately after that, false information was published in the media that supposedly presented me as the one who entertained the family."
He emphasized, "things have no dawn."

Basraglik claimed that the publication had something to do with his candidacy for the presidency of the Bar Association, after Avi Chaimi resigned due to the allegations that he had committed obscene acts.
"When I decided to announce my candidacy for the presidency of the Bar Association, I took into account that there would be elements that would try to harm me at any cost," the lawyer wrote.
"I am sorry that someone chose to make a circle about a grieving family in an attempt to harm me, as a candidate for the presidency of the Bar Association, and to publish inaccurate details on their behalf."
After the murder in Holon, Voklov's family decided to start a crowdfunding campaign for help.
The donations reached about NIS 915,000.
Yesterday it was announced that the lawyer in Sergalik is charging the family a fee of NIS 600,000, about two-thirds of the amount of donations.
Now, he returns them a check for NIS 468,000.
