On Thursday morning, the reporter drove into the Deyuelou police post connected to the Luohu Border Control Station. Looking across the Wutong River into the Luohu Station, the reporter saw several engineers wearing hard hats checking equipment back and forth on the overpass.
The reporter was about 200 meters away from the station, and could still clearly hear the train announcements inside the station. However, there were trains parked on the platform near the outer side of the station, and they left the station after about 5 to 6 minutes, which seemed to be simulating the operation of normal train services.
