Riot on campus: a senior lecturer at the Hebrew University calls for the boycott of the settlements and the government.
Prof. David Enoch, a full-time lecturer in the Faculty of Law and the Department of Philosophy, recently published an article in the American Jewish magazine "Forward", in which he called seriously for the boycott of the settlements and the boycott of the government.
In his article, he urged American Jewry to exert pressure on American politicians: "Pressure must be exerted on Israel, including making military aid conditional on the cessation of settlement expansion and settler violence."
In his article, Prof. Enoch called for "specific measures" on the part of American Jewry. "We need you to boycott products from the settlements, do not cooperate with the councils of the settlements, do not host sports teams from the settlements, and do not tour wineries in the settlements," Prof. Enoch wrote in his article. "Stop inviting and refuse to host Israeli politicians who are connected to the government.
Not only the most extreme ones like Ben Gvir and Smotrich, but also Yariv Levin and Netanyahu."

CEO of "If You Will": "Let your destroyers and your destroyers depart from you"
This morning (Thursday) the "If You Want" movement appealed to the management of the Hebrew University, calling for the immediate termination of Prof. Enoch's employment.
"We call on the president of the Hebrew University to immediately fire the lecturer from his position," said the executive director of the "If You Want" movement Matan Peleg. "Those who want to join BDS are welcome to move to other academic institutions, perhaps in Jenin or Nablus, they will be welcomed.
Shame and dishonor, from your enemies and your destroyers, depart from you."
"From your destroyers and your destroyers they came out of you."

The Hebrew University responded: "Prof. Enoch's words reflect his private positions and opinions. The university has many hundreds of researchers and faculty members and each of them has his own position and opinion. We make sure that these positions are not brought within the scope of their duties as lecturers at the university, the same applies to any position: right, center or left".
