There is no doubt that there is a clear American-Western insistence on making the Syrian chemical file a permanent presence on the table of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, especially from the famous quartet of the United States of America, France, Britain and Germany, which always moves this file whenever it feels that the situation in Syria is beginning to improve in isolation from Unilateral coercive measures imposed on the Syrian people.

The latest report issued by the so-called investigation and identification team affiliated with the Organization for Prohibition on the alleged Douma incident, Syria rejected it altogether, and decided not to recognize it now or in the future, stressing that it neglected the objective observations that were raised by state parties, experts, academics, documented media reports, and former inspectors from The organization is recognized for its experience and knowledge, as well as the testimonies of the people of Duma themselves, who confirmed that the incident was completely fabricated, and that there were no injuries among the citizens or the medical staff that day.

There are international parties that stressed that the report came to prove that the organization had lost its credibility, especially that it tried to link Syria with the international parties that refused to accuse it of that from the beginning, as the Russian Foreign Ministry considered this as another evidence of its politicized and paid nature, stressing that its aim is to justify the Western tripartite aggression. On Syria, and the large-scale missile strike against the Syrian civilian and military sites, in violation of the norms and basic principles of international law, a task that the team was unable to achieve.

At a time when the Russian Foreign Ministry confirmed that Russia and a number of other countries provided the investigation team with all materials confirming the fabricated nature of the chemical accident in Douma, this team did not take it into account, because its work was focused only on condemning Syria in any way and blackmailing the other parties defending it.

However, what is remarkable in the report is that it came in conjunction with clear Russian pressure in the United Nations to discuss US violations of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons, through a draft resolution submitted by the Russian Permanent Representative to the Security Council Vassily Nebenzia aimed at forming a committee to investigate accusations against Washington and Kiev of launching biological laboratories in Ukraine.

There is no doubt that the evidence that Russia presented to the members of the Security Council about the Pentagon's involvement in the development of bacterial weapons in its laboratories scattered on Ukrainian soil had a shocking impact on the United States and its allies, who realized that the treasure obtained by the Russian side in this regard is invaluable, as Moscow was able to To determine the nature of the research that was conducted on Ukrainian military and civilians before directing viruses to the target countries, starting from Russia, of course, which sounded the alarm in the European capitals geographically adjacent to Ukraine and made them think seriously about the size of the danger that besets them, in addition to the possibility of the involvement of some Western capitals. In this matter, especially Paris, London and Berlin.

And if we add that the scandal of American biological laboratories is directly related to the son of US President Joe Biden Hunter, who supervised the work of these laboratories directly, then this may explain the insistence of the current US administration on blackmailing Russia in any way to push it to disregard publishing the documents it obtained in this aspect. Especially since it exposes, from time to time, the reality of diseases that have spread in the world in the previous period and their direct relationship to American laboratories.

Hence, the attempt of the so-called investigation and identification team to push Russia into the Syrian chemical file is, in fact, a cheap attempt to exchange the alleged Syrian chemical file, whose fabrication is proven, with the exposed and proven American biological file at the same time, and it is an attempt that reveals that the interests of the West have nothing to do with it. With the fact of using any chemical weapon, as much as it relates to preserving the ability to exercise blackmail and pressure towards anyone who refuses to submit to American and Western policies in the region and the world.
