Ingredients for 1 omelet:
2 to 3 eggs
20g butter
1 slice of white ham
2 tablespoons of
cream cheese
½ bunch of chives
Steps :
Scramble the eggs
In a hot skillet, melt the butter
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, add the white ham cut into pieces, the
cream cheese
and sprinkle with chopped chives
When the desired degree of doneness is reached, tilt the pan and roll the omelet with a spatula
