Jennifer Lopez has put up for sale her stunning and luxurious mansion in the Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles - this is the same mansion that it was recently reported that Lopez and her (relatively) new husband Ben Affleck planned to renovate and move in together after their marriage.

In favor of this move, Affleck put up for sale his equally expensive bachelor villa in the city's Pacific Palisades neighborhood.

So what caused the change in the marital plans?

It is not clear.

But maybe it was the potential profit Lopez could pocket if she gets the price she's asking for the house - $42.5 million, which she bought in 2016 for $28 million (from actress Cilla Ward).

For those who don't know how to calculate quickly in their head - this is a profit of 14.5 million dollars that will go directly into Lopez's pocket.

The building was originally designed by the esteemed architect Samuel Marx, and designed in a French country style, with a lot of use of natural stone, wood and maximum utilization of the beautiful nature that surrounds it.

The entrance floor has a spacious living room with high ceilings, a bar, a fireplace and is surrounded by showcase windows that open onto a stepped stone balcony.
