The French newspaper Le Monde reported this morning (Friday) after Netanyahu's meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron last night in Paris, that for President Macron, if Netanyahu's plan regarding the judicial system goes through as it is, "France will conclude that Israel no longer sees itself as part of a common concept of democracy." .

The meeting was held following the invitation of the French president, who spoke with Netanyahu earlier this week, in their first conversation since Netanyahu's victory in the elections.
According to an official announcement, at their meeting the leaders discussed the issue of the Iranian nuclear threat, on which Netanyahu emphasized that deterrence against Iran and its metastases must be strengthened, adding that significant sanctions must be imposed on the Iranian regime.
Netanyahu also called for the inclusion of the Revolutionary Guards in the European Union's terror list.
