A 26-year-old man was murdered in Umm al-Fachem today (Friday), apparently in response to the double murder that happened in Nazareth.
Around 3:30 p.m., MDA received a report of two injured in a violent incident in the city. Medics and paramedics who arrived at the scene had to pronounce the death of one of the injured, while the other was taken to the Emek Hospital in Afula with minor injuries.
The police began investigating the incident when large forces began scanning and deployed roadblocks in order to locate the perpetrators of the shooting, alongside the investigation of the scene by crime scene investigators.

MDA paramedic Muniv Faor said: "There was a lot of commotion at the place.
The injured person who suffered a penetrating injury to his body was unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing.
We performed medical tests, but he had no signs of life and we had no choice but to determine his death.
Another injured person who was slightly injured and was fully conscious was treated on the spot and taken by ambulance to the Emek Hospital.

Of which 9 are citizens, and one is not a citizen.
9 of the victims were shot to death, 4 of them were under the age of 30.
