The Algerian Ministry of Defense announced the arrest of terrorists in the province of Bordj Badji Mokhtar, in the south of the country.
The APS quoted the ministry as saying in a statement today: “The People’s National Army managed, through carrying out a qualitative operation, to arrest two terrorists in the Bordj Badji Mokhtar area of the 6th Military Region, who had joined the terrorist groups active in the Sahel region in 2012.” A gun, a handgun and a quantity of ammunition were seized from their possession.
Yesterday, the Algerian Ministry of Defense announced the arrest of a terrorist in Tamanrasset, southern Algeria.
