The French destocking company bought the furniture and accessories from the English online sales platform, which recently went bankrupt.

After putting the clothes purchased in Camaïeu on sale in November, the French destocking chain Noz announced in a press release on Friday that it had taken over the furniture and accessories from the English online sales company Made.com.

In liquidation, the latter therefore sells an

“exceptional lot, consisting of 113,000 trendy decorative items and 28,000 pieces of designer furniture

”.

Noz specifies that this stock is, for the moment, in Antwerp in Belgium at a service provider of Made.com.

The English company now has six weeks to empty the warehouse and transport the goods to the French stores.

"The first deliveries of furniture will begin on February 7 (...) Decoration and household linen will be delivered to all stores from February 13",

indicates the French company.

“Leather or fabric sofas, steel or wood tables, studio-style TV furniture, Scandinavian beds, velvet armchairs and other furniture will be available at -70%”,

boasts Noz.

A discount also valid on

“candles, cushions, frames, vases, but also curtains and other decorative products.”

And the destocking chain adds that it is an

"opportunity for fans of trendy design and decoration to discover or rediscover the number 1 sign for destocking in France."

Made.com went bankrupt last November.

In financial difficulty, the English company then withdrew its shares from the stock market.

According to Noz's statement, the British chain has

"suffered the brunt of inflation and supply shortages since the start of 2022".
