In the early hours of this morning, a 60-year-old man broke into a karaoke hall on the ground floor of No. 49 Temple Street and attacked a singing girl with a kitchen knife.
The female injured was stabbed in multiple places on her forehead, left cheek and hand.
The staff and customers at the scene worked together to grab the knife, but unfortunately the assailant fled in chaos.
The injured woman was sent to the hospital by ambulance later. It is reported that the perpetrator was her ex-boyfriend. The two parties had a relationship dispute before the incident. The police are looking for the man involved.

The injured woman, surnamed Liu, is 48 years old, and her foreign name is Anna. She was in a former relationship with the suspect, who was about 60 years old.

At 3 o'clock in the morning, the ex-boyfriend returned to the karaoke hall. According to witnesses, he put his hands behind his back. The staff noticed something wrong and prevented him from entering.

The staff and guests at the scene worked together to subdue the suspect and snatch the kitchen knife, but in the confusion he was finally thrown away and fled in the direction of Yongxingli.
Ambulancemen rushed to bandage the injured woman and sent her to Kwong Wah Hospital for treatment.
Seeing her injuries, the colleagues at the scene expressed concern, worrying that she might lose her appearance.
Another female staff member was also injured during the chaos and had to be treated by ambulancemen.
The police are tracking down the whereabouts of the suspects involved in the case, and the case is listed as a "wounding" case for follow-up.
