Mr. Tan, the swimmer who saved the life, said that he goes swimming nearby every day. Today, he found the male victim sitting on a rock with a lonely expression, so he paid attention to him. About 5 minutes later, the male victim suddenly jumped into the sea with a "poof".

Tan moved forward to check and saw the other party hugging the wooden pillar in the sea, seemingly having difficulty breathing, so he immediately dropped the life buoy.
